It is important that no one has to stay away from church because of lack of transportation. Thus, the Social Activities Committee is asking that those that could provide rides for someone on Sunday mornings sign up by giving us your name and phone number. A sign-up sheet is on the table by the Cry Room.
All requests are to be made by Saturday evening. Kristy O. and Glenda K. will field requests and make arrangements with one of us that have stated we would be willing to provide rides. After we have a pool of transportation providers, an announcement related to this service will be placed in the bulletin and on the website.
The Parish Life and Social Ministry Committee would like to collect the names and current addresses of all of the college students in our congregation in order to send out care packages from time to time. If you have any children in college, please jot down their name and address and see Glenda Kramer or Kristy Ostmeyer.
Our Bible studies are coming back the week of January 19th. Stay tuned to the bulletin for more information and weekly topics.
